Welcome to Willowdale Hotel! We’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help make your visit with us as enjoyable as possible.

No need to stress about parking! We have two outside parking areas, as well as an undercover basement parking with 80 spots with lift access.

We are a licensed venue, so we kindly ask that all food and beverage be purchased from Willowdale Hotel.

The West Wing is our exclusive event space that can seat up to 72 people or hold 150 cocktail-style (standing). This versatile space is perfect for hosting your event, and you can learn more about it on our events page. Thank you for considering our hotel for your special occasion!

Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate our guest’s dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen-free. In saying this, Willowdale Hotel is more than happy to assist with appropriate meals for guests with food allergies where we can!

Yes! We have lifts throughout the venue, as well as accessible restrooms and parking.

Our kitchen is open Sunday to Thursday from 11 am to 8:30pm and Friday to Saturday from 11 am to 9:30pm.

Our doors are open Sunday to Tuesday 10 am to midnight and Wednesday to Saturday 10 am to 1 am.

There is no official dress code. However, we kindly request no construction or hi-vis attire and no hats and beanies from 7:00pm onwards.

Minors are allowed on the premises, but they need to be supervised at all times. Please note that minors are not permitted in The Sports Bar or Main Bar and must be out of venue from 10pm.

Bookings are not required but are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Our casual bookings can accomodate for groups of up to 30 guests, including children. You can secure your booking now on our reservation page.

Yes! You are more than welcome to walk into our hotel at any time and find yourself an available space in any of our walk-in dedicated areas!

Yes! Little Willows is a children’s wonderland with a playground, TV, and plenty of fun activities for the kids. There’s something for everyone!

Our venue is entirely covered and enclosed. However, The Mezzanine has a retractable roof and sliding windows to create an outside feel accessible rain, hail, or shine.

Yes, all areas of the hotel are fully air-conditioned, and we also have fireplaces for those colder winter months.

We kindly ask that you notify us if you cannot make your reservation within 48 hours.
